For beauty services, customers rarely make a decision based on an advertisement alone. They want to see real people trying the treatment, real experiences, and recommendations they can trust before making an enquiry. The challenge for Smile Plus was not only to generate more leads, but also to strengthen the brand's credibility while reducing the cost of acquiring each potential customer.

Our Approach

Instead of relying on traditional promotional advertisements, we used multiple KOL videos as the core of the advertising strategy. By featuring different creators sharing their own Smile Plus experience, we created stronger social proof and positioned the brand as a teeth whitening treatment that was frequently seen, talked about and recommended by different people online. We suggested to turned these KOL videos into performance driven ad creatives, continuously testing different faces, hooks and content angles to identify which creatives generated the strongest response.
