Challenges
Before scaling their marketing, Trimo needed a clearer understanding of who their ideal users were and why people would choose to download and stay on the platform. Without a strong positioning and defined target audience, simply running advertisements could bring downloads, but not necessarily the right users or meaningful conversions. Another key challenge was content. With many social platforms competing for the same audience, Trimo needed to communicate what made the platform and especially its bloggers, different enough for users to stop, watch and take action.

Our Approach
We started with market research and strategic planning to better understand the audience, their behaviours and the motivations behind downloading a social interaction app. From there, we helped Trimo establish a clearer brand positioning and target audience, allowing the marketing strategy to focus on users with stronger potential to register and engage. Instead of creating generic promotional content, we developed creative video directions that brought out each blogger's personality, uniqueness and interaction style, giving potential users a clearer reason to discover and experience the platform. Our team then supported the strategy with video shooting, editing, creative testing and paid advertising, continuously optimising the campaigns based on registration and conversion performance. Over time, this created a more systematic user acquisition funnel — moving Trimo away from relying on individual campaigns towards a repeatable system that consistently generates new downloads and registrations.
